Accessibility Statement
Tuesday Riot LLC · Last updated July 18, 2026
Overview
imYou is committed to making the Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. imYou is a product of Tuesday Riot LLC, operating under the registered assumed name imYou (Tuesday Riot LLC d/b/a imYou, referred to here as "we," "us," or "our"). This statement explains what we do to keep the Service accessible and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
1. Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, and cognitive differences. We treat Level AA as our target, not a one-time checkbox: accessibility is checked as part of how we build new screens.
2. What We Have Built In
Readable contrast: text and interactive controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in each of our themes, so copy and buttons stay legible rather than washed out.
Keyboard access: interactive controls have a visible focus state, so you can see where you are when navigating with a keyboard rather than a pointer.
Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, non-essential animation is turned off, following the WCAG guidance on pausing and stopping movement.
Comfortable tap targets: buttons and controls are sized for reliable tapping on a phone, so small targets are less likely to cause mis-taps.
Screen-reader support: meaningful status changes are announced to assistive technology, and images and controls carry text alternatives where they convey information.
Adjustable text: the Service respects your browser and device text-size settings, and reading text is kept at a comfortable minimum size.
3. Known Limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work, and some areas are stronger than others. Newer features and the browser extension receive the same attention as the core app, but they may not yet be fully verified against every WCAG AA criterion. If you rely on assistive technology and hit a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can prioritize a fix.
4. Third-Party Content
Some parts of the experience rely on services we do not control, such as our authentication provider and, when payments are introduced, our payment provider. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of interfaces they host.
5. Giving Feedback and Getting Help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Service provided in a different format, contact us at support@imyou.ai. Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or settings you use, so we can reproduce and address the issue. We aim to respond promptly and to treat accessibility reports as a priority.
6. Updates to This Statement
We will update this statement as the Service changes and as we make further accessibility improvements. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
